- Continental Portugal, Municipality of Lisbon (zone 1) – Free: Daily fresh deliveries by express courier on the hour from Monday to Friday. You should start consuming the products as early as Monday. Otherwise, choose delivery in a single act. Various delivery times available between 6am and 10am.
- Continental Portugal, other addresses, up to 30 km from Lisbon (zone 2) – Free*: Delivery in a single act on Monday. Products delivered frozen can begin to be consumed up to 1 month after receipt and 1 day after thawing. Fresh deliveries are also available at additional costs (see below). Various delivery times available from 6:30am.
- Continental Portugal, more than 30 km from Lisbon (zone 3) – Free: Delivery in a single act by refrigerated express courier between Tuesday and Friday. Delivery is usually made on Tuesday morning, with rare exceptions, but it is best to expect the worst. If you cannot stay at home all day waiting, you must request delivery to a post office for later collection. Products delivered frozen can begin to be consumed up to 1 month after receipt and 1 day after thawing. Only available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
One-time delivery shakes are cold prepared and frozen to ensure the required shelf life. Daily delivery shakes are prepared and delivered fresh daily.
